Last updated: 29.06.2025

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, applications, and websites provided by Paymeet (“Paymeet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to PiFlow and DrivePlan (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with their functionality.
  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
  • Use the Services to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.

All intellectual property rights in the Services (software, content, trademarks, and branding) are owned by Paymeet or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely as permitted by these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe®. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, provide credits or refunds in specific situations.

You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services.

5. Termination & Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or pose a risk to other users or to Paymeet.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease, but relevant provisions of these Terms (including liability, intellectual property, and indemnification) will survive.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paymeet disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Paymeet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paymeet, its affiliates, and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of France, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via email or by posting a notice on our website) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
